Below you can find the late, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies at Bare Wax Studio.

It is understandable that emergencies and unexpected events may occur. It is asked that you communicate to and let your wax specialist know the situation as soon s possible so that both you and your services could better be accommodated.
Late Policy
Your appointment is held for 10 minutes if you are late, any longer than the allotted grace period can result in rescheduling all or part of your services and fees may apply.
Rescheduling &
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you choose to reschedule past the 12 hour mark, a 50% fee will be charged for services missed. You are able to reschedule to another time on the same day with no fee.
No-Show Policy
A no-call, no-show will result in an immediate 50% fee of the services missed. If the card on file is invalid, an invoice will be sent to the email and must be paid within 3 days of receiving, or before booking any future appointments. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from receiving services at Bare Wax Studio.
